Waverley Difference

Waverley Homes takes pride in the fact that we are a family owned and operated company. The pride is evident in all areas of Waverley Homes, from the time you visit one of our Display Homes to the day we hand you the keys to your new home.

The thing that really sets Waverley apart is that you can walk in to one of our display homes and know that both what you see, and the quality to which it is finished, is what you will receive when you construct your new family home.

So often you here the phrase "base price" and this is usually an understatement - "no floor tiles, no carpets, that oven in an upgrade, flyscreens are extra those door handles are not included and the lists seem to go on and on.

Waverley has tried to both simplify the build process, and make it more enjoyable. "Tiles throughout your new home STANDARD, carpets STANDARD, the appliances you see on display - including the dishwasher STANDARD and of course those flyscreens included and installed!" And this is only an example of our huge list of standard inclusions.

These differences are however only the icing on the cake, as your product is only as good as the trades people doing the work; which is why Waverley only use our preferred trades people to ensure that what you see in our display homes really is what you will get.
